We provide tag and title services, vehicle registration, transfer of vehicle ownership, new license plates, DCNR processing, Boat and Fish Commission services, document notarization, and general notary assistance.

Appointments are recommended to minimize your wait time. Appointments can take up to an hour each. Evening appointments and mobile appointments may be available upon request. Please call ahead to confirm availability. Liz can travel to you.

Yes. Liz will process vehicle ownership transfers, issue new license plates, and handle vehicle registration transactions in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations. For new registrations, please be prepared to attach your license plate with screws and a screwdriver. You may receive hard metal plates at time of transaction if applicable.

Yes. We process Boat and Fish Commission transactions, including boat registrations and related documentation.

You should bring: • valid photo identification (not expired, no exceptions) • the vehicle title (if applicable) • proof of insurance • any required PennDOT paperwork ***If you are unsure, call ahead and Liz will guide you through what is needed.

Cash or Check are the two best ways to pay for your Vehicle Registration services. Cashier's Check can also be accepted for certain transactions. For questions, call in advance at 570-443-9191.
