We proudly serve White Haven, Weatherly, Blakeslee, Jim Thorpe, Mount Pocono, Mountain Top, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, and surrounding Pocono Mountain communities.

For mobile notary services we are limited to: 
White Haven, Weatherly, Blakeslee, Mountain Top, and Lake Harmony. For communities not listed, please call and we can discuss your needs further and find a solution.

We provide tag and title services, vehicle registration, transfer of vehicle ownership, new license plates, DCNR processing, Boat and Fish Commission services, document notarization, and general notary assistance.

Do I need an appointment for notary services?

Accepted Answer

Appointments are recommended to minimize your wait time. Appointments can take up to an hour each.

Evening appointments and mobile appointments may be available upon request. Please call ahead to confirm availability. Liz can travel to you.

Can I transfer vehicle ownership here?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Liz will process vehicle ownership transfers, issue new license plates, and handle vehicle registration transactions in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.

For new registrations, please be prepared to attach your license plate with screws and a screwdriver. You may receive hard metal plates at time of transaction if applicable.

Does Lehigh Gorge Notary handle boat registrations?

Yes. We process Boat and Fish Commission transactions, including boat registrations and related documentation.

What should I bring for tag and title services?

You should bring:
 valid photo identification (not expired, no exceptions)
 the vehicle title (if applicable)
proof of insurance
any required PennDOT paperwork

What Form of Payment Should I Bring?

Accepted Answer

Cash or Check are the two best ways to pay for your Vehicle Registration services. Cashier's Check can also be accepted for certain transactions.
